Therapy with Jenna
Virtual Mental Health Therapy in Pennsylvania
Hi, I’m Jenna….
Your story is important. Whatever you’ve experienced, your story deserves to be heard. There's also power in that story, and at times it impacts internal beliefs and shapes how we navigate or experience life. Us humans are unique in our range and intensity of emotions. Sometimes emotions get big and make us act (or freeze) in ways we didn’t intend to or know ourselves to be.
I help individuals navigate depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions with greater authenticity and self-compassion. Maybe you logically know exactly how you're "supposed" to act, but when emotions take over, coping feels like a completely different story. Maybe you find yourself repeating relationship patterns you promised yourself you’d never repeat, or you struggle to voice or identify your needs. My clients hold everything together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted on the inside.
Together, we'll create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and gain evidence-based coping skills build more authentic relationships with yourself and those around you. Moving through life can be especially painful when we feel disconnected from the relationships that matter to us most. My goal is to help you build healthy relationships and create change that feels authentic and unique to you. I view therapy as a collaborative and individualized process, one that honors your unique experiences and moves at your pace.
